Initiate Your Return
Contact our Customer Experience team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your items in their original ARRAN packaging, ensuring bottles and tins are secure to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Post
Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest Royal Mail post office, making sure to obtain a proof of postage receipt.
Refund Processing
Once our island-based team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 working days back to your original payment method.
